Occhi Azzurri (OA) is a new and pre-owned luxury goods retailer specializing in handbags, scarves, jewelry, clothing and accessories.

Our products are purchased through private auctions in the UK and the EU as well as Canadian collectors. 

Do they have a return policy?

No, at OA all sales are final and non-refundable. By getting rid of the refund layer its effort and associated costs, helps make our items more affordable to you, so please be sure to ask any questions you have prior to your purchase. It is our pleasure to assist you at any time. Detailed photos and serial numbers if applicable are part of the comprehensive descriptions on all items. 

If an item is in question after receipt and is deemed inauthentic by a 3rd party authenticator, you will be refunded 100% including your shipping costs.

Occhi Azzurri is not endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with any brand owners, and no brand owners participated in the authentication of the products offered on our website.

What are the shipping rates/times in Canada and the United States?

For Canadian orders, all purchased items are processed within 2 business days and shipped via various national carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post - with all types insured, and signature required. 

For US orders, all purchased items are processed within 2 business days and could be shipped via various international carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, with all types insured and signature required.

Only requested expedited shipping is at cost, all other shipping within Canada and the United States qualifies as free shipping.

Am I responsible for any duty, import taxes and brokerage fees?

Yes
, these are not the responsibility of OA Canada. Please be aware of cross border regulations prohibiting the importation of certain orders, these will be noted in the listings.

Are all of your items guaranteed to be authentic?


Yes. At OA we never sell reproductions or counterfeit items, ever. Our guarantee is that all of our products are 100% authentic or your money back. All products undergo extensive quality control measures to ensure their authenticity. 

Your satisfaction in purchasing from us is our number one goal. Knowing the item you have chosen is 100% authentic, 100% of the time.

Are the dust bags included with the items authentic?

Absolutely! In the listing it will identify whether the dust bag is "original" meaning originally with the item at sale, or, an authentic best fit to the item, that was also purchased at auction to keep the dust bags integrity and also provide a warm branded luxurious sleeping bag for new your fashion arrival!

Are any of your items vintage?

We do have many vintage items, but do not specialize in that specifically. We specialize in pre-owned luxury goods.

How does your condition rating work?

Do you do any price matching?

As each piece offered (handbag, wallet etc.) is unique in its condition and rarity, we do not offer any price matching.

Do you take items on Consignment?

At this time we do not take items on consignment. Keep checking back with us to see if that changes in the future!

What condition will my item be in?

Each items condition is described extensively, including any and all flaws in the Detail portion of the item description. We do not have conventional ‘ratings’ as the sliding scale for condition is too broad. Pictures within the listings will provide a detailed overview of every items state. 

Please Note: Item colour may differ slightly from actual (item is usually brighter coloured) based on your computer video/monitor settings.

How do I contact someone directly if I have a question?

You can easily communicate with anyone at OA by sending a message via email at info@occhiazzurri.com, or in the contact section of the website below. We make it our priority to get back to your inquiries within 24 hours.

Do you provide rentals for your luxury goods?

At this time, we do not offer a rental option for any items.

Does OA charge sales tax?

Sales tax is added at checkout. HST is applied to every order applicable. OA is required by law to charge (HST) on orders shipped to all Provinces.

How do I set up alerts on my account?

One way we make it easy for you is that items you are following will automatically be set up as an ‘alert’ in your account. You will be notified via email if that item is back in stock or if there is a price change. If you would like to discontinue receiving these emails, just unfollow any items under your account, and delete any alerts set up.

How long will it take to process and ship my item?

We want your item to arrive to you as quickly and safely as possible, so we have a lot to do on our end to make that happen. All purchased items are processed within 1 business day and shipped via Canada Post (Xpresspost or Regular Parcel, insured, tracked and signature required), arriving to you approximately 3 - 10 business days after that depending on the shipping method you choose.

Does OA negotiate pricing or can I provide an offer?

At OA we do not negotiate on any pricing. All prices are fixed at the amount shown unless indicated as on sale on the website.

Does OA ship Internationally?

At this time we ship only within Canada and the United States. 

In what currency are prices shown?

All prices can be shown in Canadian or US dollars.

Does OA offer personal styling and shoppers?

This is an important service we are growing into the business this year. We will have personal shoppers available in the near future to assist with any questions regarding our items. These shoppers will be available to you to: review measurements, provide additional pictures, review authentication information and other site specific details you need additional help with.
