• Orders ship from Canada
• Duties, taxes, custom fees, tariffs, and brokerage fees are NOT included
  Additional fees may be charged upon delivery 
• At OA all sales are final and non-refundable so please be sure to ask any questions you have prior to your purchase. It is our pleasure to assist you at any time
• All order deliveries require a signature, as such, we cannot ship orders to PO boxes or virtual mail addresses

For Canadian orders, all purchased items are processed within 1 business day and shipped via various national carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post - Express (CAD$40 flat rate) or Regular Parcel (CAD$25 flat rate or free shipping for orders over $350), both types insured with signature required.

For US orders, all purchased items are processed within 1 business day and could be shipped via various international carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post (USD$25 flat rate or free shipping for orders over $350), all insured with signature required. 

For UK orders, all purchased items are processed within 1 business day and could be shipped via various international carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post (£30 flat rate), all insured with signature required.

For South Korean orders, all purchased items are processed within 1 business day and could be shipped via various international carriers, typically UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post (87,000 KRW flat rate), all insured with signature required.
